I met Charly back in 2015, when I shot a few outfit sessions for her fashion blog. Her style was always impeccable, so I knew she would show up to her engagement session in something fun! Charly wanted to be in nature for their engagement session so we decided on McKinney Falls and they even brought their sweet pup, Lucille!

Pedernales Falls will always be one of my favorite parks to explore in Austin and ever since my first visit I knew I wanted to shoot there someday.

I am awful at updating my blog (probably because writing isn't my strong suit), but I have SO much work that the world hasn't even seen yet due to my blog slacking - like this beautiful backyard wedding from last September! The laid-back couple had their intimate wedding ceremony in the backyard of their home and then the reception was held at Vino Vino. 

We move into a new house in 2 days, so naturally instead of packing and cleaning I am procrastinating by making a blog post. To be honest, I've been dying to post these photos ever since I finished editing them last week, but life has been pretty hectic lately! I teamed up with Carmen from Bird Dog Wedding to brainstorm some ideas for a unique styled shoot and we both loved the idea of mixing Mid Century Modern elements into a whimsical, yet moody, bohemian styled shoot. 

I absolutely love the way these engagement photos with Allison & Mark turned out! Quack's Bakery is a frequent spot of theirs, so Allison had the idea to shoot part of their engagement shoot there. Mark decided to bring a few games for the shoot, since they normally play games together at coffee shops (so cute!).
