Boudoir Shoot with Lauren

When Lauren asked me to do a Boudoir shoot with her last year, I wasn't really sure what to expect. Boudoir definitely wasn't a category of photography I had thought about, but I always love a challenge so I decided to do the shoot. I started looking at inspiration and didn't find much (a LOT of boudoir photos I came across were cheesy and cringeworthy), so I decided to go with my own style and hope for the best. Lauren suggested we take the photos at her family friends house out in hill country. The house was absolutely STUNNING and made for the perfect setting for Lauren's photos. I love the way these turned out and I am so happy that I stepped out of my comfort zone and accepted the job!
